If you are holding a foreign Driving License and hoping to drive legally in China, you can refer to the following instructions to swith it.
Requirements:
1.Valid China Visa of Residence Permit in Qingdao.
2.Living in Qingdao legally.
3.Holding a valid Driving License of your own country.
Documents:
1.Passport with your valid China visa.
2.Foreign Expert Certificate (if you have one.)
3.Registration Card (for living)and the copy.If you are living in hotel, get the registration card with the hotel stamp from the hotel front desk. If you are living in residential, please go to the local police station for residential registration certificate with the police station's stamp.
4.Four 1-inch photos with white background
5.Valid Driving License of your own in your country
Note: All the original documents except 4 will be returned to you after we check and finish processing the documents.
It is strongly suggested that you come to our office in person with the documents above, for we need your signature or photograph in documents processing.
